Deep fried scallop puff with chili oil and soy sauce from Paotsin.
Paotsin is a small food kiosk usually found in foodcourts in malls. They serve a variety of dumplings (steamed or deep fried), noodles and rice meals at very affordable prices. Mind that the dumplings they sell are a far cry from real dumplings you’ll see at Chinese restaurants.
