Scallop Puff

Deep fried scallop puff with chili oil and soy sauce from Paotsin.

Paotsin is a small food kiosk usually found in foodcourts in malls. They serve a variety of dumplings (steamed or deep fried), noodles and rice meals at very affordable prices. Mind that the dumplings they sell are a far cry from real dumplings you’ll see at Chinese restaurants.

Recommended: Any of their deep fried dumplings with hainanese rice, chili oil, soy sauce and buko (coconut) juice.

How much? 50-55 pesos :) (Less than $2!!)

*I apologize if what I wrote above comes of as a mess. I am nursing a very fuzzy brain right now. Heck, I’m surprised I even managed to write this part down instead of the expected keyboard smash. flkshaeahwaf;laksjdf*
