Toasted baguette slices drizzled with olive oil and salt with roasted sweet garlic in olive oil.

This took me only 15 minutes to prepare. Just slice up some bread, slice off the bottom side of the garlic, put into a tin foil cup, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pop in the oven toaster for 15 minutes, or until the garlic is nice and mushy. Put bread in oven for five minutes until toasty and crunchy. Dress in extra virgin olive oil and rock salt. Delicious!

You have to cover the garlic up well in foil so it won’t burn.
